Important Information

Prepaid and gift cards are financial instruments with limited return options. This policy applies to physical card returns only. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Returns Are Accepted For
  • Unactivated Physical Cards: Sealed, unused cards in original packaging within 30 days of purchase
  • Defective Cards: Cards that don't work due to manufacturing defects
  • Wrong Order Received: Cards that don't match your order
  • Damaged in Shipping: Cards damaged during delivery (must be reported within 7 days)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital Cards: All electronic card deliveries are final
  • Activated Cards: Any card that has been activated or registered
  • Used Cards: Cards with any transaction history
  • Opened Packaging: Cards removed from sealed packaging (except for defective items)
  • Past 30 Days: Returns requested after 30 days from purchase date

How to Return a Card

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Email support@nextsolutions.net or call 1-800-555-1234 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Wait for RA Number: Do not ship your return until you receive an RA number (typically within 24-48 hours)
  4. Package Securely: Place card in original packaging with RA number visible
  5. Ship Return: Send to the address provided with your RA number

Return Shipping

  • Defective or Wrong Items: We provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Recommendation: Use tracked shipping method for your protection
  • Insurance: We recommend insuring high-value returns

Return Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: We'll inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days
  • Approval: If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
  • Notification: You'll receive email confirmation of the refund
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days

Rejected Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Card has been activated or used
  • Packaging is damaged or missing
  • No Return Authorization number was provided
  • Return received after 30-day window
  • Item shows signs of use or tampering

Rejected returns will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Replacements

For defective cards, we offer replacements instead of returns. Contact our support team, and we'll ship a replacement card at no additional cost while you return the defective one.

Bulk Order Returns

Business and enterprise bulk orders may have different return terms. Please refer to your business agreement or contact your account manager for specific return policies.
