Important Notice

Due to the nature of prepaid and gift cards as financial instruments, refunds are limited and subject to specific conditions. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

Next Solutions issues refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused, unactivated prepaid and gift cards within 30 days of purchase. Once a card has been activated or used, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Eligible for Refund
  • Unactivated Cards: Cards that have never been activated or used
  • Defective Cards: Cards that are damaged or don't work due to manufacturing defects
  • Duplicate Orders: Accidentally ordered cards more than once
  • Undelivered Cards: Physical cards that were never received
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect amount charged
NOT Eligible for Refund
  • Activated Cards: Cards that have been activated, even if not used
  • Partially Used Cards: Cards with any transaction history
  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Cards that were lost or stolen after delivery
  • Expired Cards: Cards past their expiration date
  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you don't want the card after activation
  • Gift Cards After 30 Days: Requests beyond the 30-day window

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email support@nextsolutions.net or call 1-800-555-1234
  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, card number (last 4 digits), and reason for refund
  3. Submit Documentation: Provide proof of purchase and any relevant evidence (photos of defective card, etc.)
  4. Return Physical Cards: If applicable, you may need to return the physical card
  5. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Purchase fees and shipping costs may be non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different card value or type, you must request a refund for the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you're a victim of fraud or notice unauthorized charges:

  • Contact us immediately at support@nextsolutions.net
  • File a report with your bank or credit card company
  • We'll investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly

Business and Bulk Orders

Bulk orders (50+ cards) may have different refund terms. Please review your business agreement or contact your account manager for specific refund policies applicable to your enterprise account.
