Card Activation and Usage

• Cards must be activated before use according to provided instructions
• Card usage is subject to the issuing bank's Cardholder Agreement
• You are responsible for all authorized and unauthorized transactions until reported
• Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately
• Card balances are not insured by the FDIC but are held at an FDIC-insured bank

• Replacement card fees

• Use our services to harm minors in any way
